Member owners can propose amendments to the Operating Agreement

In any time of the year, any member owner of the cooperative can propose an amendment to the Operating Agreement. If the proposing member owner can schedule a meeting where all member owners are present for a decision round on the amendment, then a decision round can be had. If any one objects to the proposal and no amendment is satisfactory to the objector within the time agreed upon, starting at 30 minutes as a baseline, for the meeting, then the proposal can either be tabled (put on hold for the time being and re-considered when the proposer is able to make another meeting with the other member owners) or discarded.
